At Honolulu Pickleball, we want you to be completely satisfied with your gear, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all unused equipment and apparel. If your paddle doesn't perfect your swing, we are here to help you find the right fit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Gear

  Ensure all items are in their original packaging with tags attached; paddles must still have the protective plastic on the handle.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location across the islands or mainland.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the equipment, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
